Hello everyone. I’m Sheree, Bella’s mom. Yesterday was Bella’s first day at the dog park. I wasn’t expecting that there would be so many dogs there and upon arriving I nearly changed my mind worrying that Bella might be run over by the other enthusiastic pooches all having four legs. But I sucked it up and let her loose and I am so very glad that I did. She ran and fell and ran and fell and ran and fell with just as much enthusiasm as the rest of the pups and had a great time. She played with a Mastif, a Greyhound, a Great Dane, a German Shepherd, and other smaller varities of pups and didn’t mind if they were the largest or the smallest because to her they were all new friends. The park was excellent! The grounds were clean, the space was quite large, there were hoses for cleaning up, dog bowls for water and 4 small and large plastic kids pools for cooling off. She was completely exhausted when we left and spent the rest of the day snozing and dreaming, I”m sure, of the wonderful time she had. I promised to take her to the dog park every Sunday morning and I’m sure that in no time flat she will learn that when I say, “Bella, it’s time for the park!” that she will be packed and ready to go in record time. She’s such an angel dog.
sounds like a great day for bella!! she is a beautiful girl – can’t wait for more stories of her adventures!

Sounds like a great day indeed! just make sure Bella plenty of core strengthening and walking during the week, before she gets the Weekend Warrior syndrome. Such explosive play is certainly fun, but it can be harmful if Bella’s not physically prepared. Watch our video interviews with Dr. Waldman for lots of professional exercise and stretching advice for tripawds.
We loves the dogpark too!! What a gorgeous girl Bella is. Glad she got to experience the joy of running with new friends.
